MEET
CAROLYN GRAHAM
Carolyn is a food and travel journalist, producer, and author who lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She served as chief executive officer at New Mexico Magazine, editor in chief at New Mexico Journey, and features editor at Westways, and has written countless stories about everything from pinto beans to Dolly Parton. She recently formed a production company and is producing a food culture and travel show called Fork in the Road that will be packed with great stories about good eating and the people who make it happen. She was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, with green chile in her blood: Her dad was raised nearby in Hatch, New Mexico, the green chile capital of the world, where her grandfather also ran Short’s Café in the 1940s and ’50s.
